the New Komo VR Mach One 512 CNC Router. The VR Mach One is a versitile heavy duty work cell that
produces consistently superior parts and delivers better part finishes at higher cutting speeds.

In order that we maintain Front End PC Versatility
with CNC Reliability, we married the power and
familiarity of a Windows-based PC with the
flawless reliability of a GE Funuc machine control
system. We have "total manufacturing" capabilities
to support all of your Plastic Fabrication and
Assembly requirements.
And if you have any associated Sheet Metal Fab or
Precision Machining needs, we can also satisfy those requirements. Included in our "state of the art"
manufacturing area is the latest in Plastic Welding-Station technology as well as a Class 10,000 Clean Room for specified Welding, Assembly and Testing

We provide both piece-parts and total turnkey assemblies
as can be seen in this picture to the right of a glove box used
in the Semiconductor Market.
Individual parts are fabricated from different materials,
and plastic parts are either welded or fastened together.
We also install all hardware, fittings, tubing, gloves and labels.
The assembly then goes through testing and Quality Assurance.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Cabinet Fabrication ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

We will work with your design to fabricate any configuration cabinet,
from full Polypropylene construction cabinet to cabinets containing Metal Frame work.
As a Division of Group Manufacturing Services we have the capability to fabricate
Polypropylene, Plastic, Sheet Metal and any Precision Machined parts that your cabinet may require at our facility, eliminating costly out sourcing and turn around time, which allows for in house Quality Control. This will allow us to provide you with a Quality, Cost Effective Product.... On Time.

Controlled Environment at POLY-FIT......
We have recently added a Class 10,000 Clean Room
to our Manufacturing Area. We have welded and
tested various valve manifolds, valve boxes,
cabinets, and other assemblies when a Class 10,000
Clean Room is specified.
